Wright Construction Group 80th Anniversary Campaign
Celebrating 80 years is a milestone that doesn't come around often, and I was honored to help bring Wright Construction Group's story to life through a multi-channel anniversary campaign that celebrated the company's legacy, culture, and people.
Working alongside our Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator, I led the creative execution of the campaign across web, print, video, social media, employee communications, and event marketing. I designed the official 80th Anniversary logo and anniversary landing page, creating a central destination for employee stories, company milestones, videos, and community engagement.
One of my favorite parts of this project was helping tell the stories of the people behind the company. I designed employee testimonial graphics and transformed those stories into video content by combining interviews, written testimonials, and B-roll footage. These pieces highlighted the appreciation employees have for Wright and the role they've played in the company's success over the decades.
The campaign extended beyond digital channels into published and internal communications. I designed a two-page anniversary spread published in Gulfshore Business magazine, a full-page advertisement celebrating Wright's recognition as a Best Place to Work, a Best Places to Work event program ad, and a special 80th Anniversary edition of Wright's quarterly employee newsletter.
What made this project especially rewarding was the opportunity to blend branding, storytelling, website design, video production, advertising, and employee engagement into one cohesive campaign. More than anything, it was a chance to celebrate the people, values, and relationships that have shaped Wright Construction Group over the past 80 years.
