As the Marketing Designer & Coordinator at Wright Construction Group, I spearheaded the redesign of the company’s outdated website, completing the project within a one-month timeline. Collaborating with the Director of Marketing and executives, I developed a modern design that enhanced our online presence, reinforced our brand identity, and showcased our expertise in building and civil construction.
The revamped site, launched in June 2024, delivers an engaging experience for clients, job seekers, and partners. Visitors are welcomed by dynamic project visuals, a clear presentation of our Mission, Core Values, and Purpose, and an extensive portfolio of achievements. Key features include:
• A private, login-based employee engagement page to foster internal communication.
• A user-friendly interface with videos, team photos, and client testimonials.
• A blog/news section featuring industry insights and company milestones.
• Integrated design elements reflecting our dedication to safety, quality, and innovation.
The website's success has been recognized with the "Best Website" award at the Lee BIA Summit Awards on December 5, 2024. It has also driven measurable results, including increased engagement, a surge in job applications from top candidates, and more subcontractor requests to join our vendor list. I continue to manage updates to ensure it remains a vital resource for all audiences.
